Parking Space Management

As a Parada space owner, your parking space is the foundation for all your listings. Learn how to register, verify, update, and manage spaces — and what each status means.

Space vs. Listing — What's the Difference?

A Parking Space represents the physical slot you own or manage (its address, photo, parking style, vehicle type it fits, and access instructions). It must be verified by Parada before you can use it.

A Parking Listing is a time-bound offer created from an approved space — it sets the dates available, the rate type, and the price. One space can have multiple listings at different periods.

Think of it this way: the Space is your garage slot — it exists once and stays. A Listing is like a rental ad for that slot — you create a new one each time you want to rent it out.
How to Register a Parking Space

Click "Offer My Parking"
Find the button in the top navigation. This takes you to your My Parking Spaces page.

Add Parking Space
Click Add Parking Space and fill in: address, flat rate (first 3 hrs), hourly rate, parking style (Angle, Perpendicular, Parallel, Tandem, Mechanical, Open), vehicle type it fits (Motorcycle, Sedan/SUV, Van/Truck), access instructions, and a photo.

Submit for Review
Click Finish. Parada reviews your submission within 2–4 business days. You'll receive an email with the result.

Approval → List It
Once approved, the space status changes to Active and the List Now button appears, letting you create your first listing.
Parking Space Statuses
New Freshly submitted and awaiting first review by Parada.
Pending Re-submitted after a prior rejection. Awaiting re-review with updated documents or photos.
Active Approved by Parada. You can now create listings from this space.
Rejected Did not pass verification. Check your email for reviewer remarks and a Resubmit link (valid 7 days).
Deleted Permanently removed. Cannot be deleted while a booking is active on it.
Updating a Parking Space

You can edit rates, access instructions, parking style, and photos at any time from the My Parking Spaces page — no re-verification needed for these changes.

Changing the address? You must delete the existing space and create a new one. This triggers a fresh verification review since the physical location has changed.

To resubmit after a rejection, use the tokenized Resubmit link in your rejection email. The link is valid for 7 days. Once used, the space status changes to Pending for re-review.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. A space with an active booking (status: isOccupied) cannot be deleted. You must wait for the booking to complete or be cancelled before deleting the space.
There is no hard limit on the number of spaces you can register. Each space goes through its own verification process independently.
Contact Parada support at [email protected] with your space details. The team can issue a new resubmit token for your space.
No. Listings can only be created from spaces with an Active status. Wait for approval before creating your first listing.
