About Parking Listing

  1. What is the Parking Listing? Parada Parking Listing allows verified parking owners to offer their parking spaces for rent to residents within the same property. Owners have full control over their space’s availability, pricing, photos, and access instructions.
  2. Who Can List a Parking Space? Only verified residents who have successfully registered a parking space in Parada can create listings.
Note: Each parking space must be verified and approved by Parada before it can be listed.
  3. What Information is Required to List a Parking Space? To ensure clarity and security, owners must provide:
    • Parking Location (tower, floor, or spot)
    • Parking Style (Parallel, Tandem, Perpendicular, Angle)
    • Parking Type (Motorcycle, Sedan/SUV, Truck)
    • Rates: Hourly and Flat Rate
    • Access Instructions (clear directions to find the slot)
    • Photos of the parking slot and nearby areas
    • Ownership Proof (proof of billing, lease contract) in PDF format
  4. How Listings Become Visible to Renters: Once a parking space is verified and listed, renters within the same property may see it in their search results—only during the time the listing is active based on availability set by the owner.

Important: Renters will only see the basic details (parking type, style, rate). Exact location, photos, and access instructions remain hidden until after the renter completes payment for the booking.
  5. How Availability Works: Owners can list their parking spaces for specific time periods by setting their:
    • Start Date & Time
    • End Date & Time
The parking space is only bookable by renters within the defined schedule.
  6. Managing Active Listings: Owners can manage their listings under Listings ➜ Listed Parkings. From there, they can:
    • Edit listing schedule
    • Cancel listings as needed
  7. How Pricing Works: Owners set both:
    • Hourly Rate – applied if the renter books based on hourly usage
    • Flat Rate – applied automatically for bookings within the maximum of 3 hours.
  8. Why Parking Owner Verification Is Required: Verification protects residents by ensuring:
    • The parking owner is a legitimate resident
    • The owner has the right to offer the parking space
    • All listings are secure and authorized within the property
This enhances trust and prevents unauthorized listings.
  9. Who Can Book Listed Parking Spaces? Only verified residents within the same property as the parking space can book the listing. Listings are not publicly visible outside the property.
  10. What Happens After a Renter Books a Listed Parking Space? Once the renter completes payment:
    • The listing becomes unavailable during the booked time
    • The renter unlocks full parking details (location, photos, instructions)
    • The booking appears in both parties’ dashboards for tracking

You can manage your parking spaces and listings anytime through your Parada dashboard under the Listings section.
