Booking & Payment Guide

Everything you need to know — from finding a space to completing payment and accessing your spot. Follow these steps for a smooth booking experience.

Booking Flow at a Glance
In Cart Requested Approved Active
In Cart: Items added but not yet submitted to the owner.
Requested: Request submitted — awaiting owner approval.
Approved: Owner accepted — a Xendit payment invoice has been sent to your email.
Paid: Payment confirmed — exact address and access details are unlocked.
Active: Booking is currently in progress at the parking location.
Step-by-Step Booking Process

Browse & Find a Space
Go to Home → Book Listing. Browse available parkings or use the search to filter by date range and garage/location.

Review the Listing
Click a listing to view the full detail page — rates, availability window, garage info, and driver reviews. The exact address is hidden until after payment.

Select Rate Type & Schedule
Choose Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (if the owner offers multiple). Pick your start and end date/time. The estimated price updates automatically.

Select Your Vehicle & Add to Cart
Choose which registered vehicle you'll be parking. Add a new vehicle if needed. Click Add to Cart — the item is saved but no request is sent yet.

Review Your Cart & Checkout
Open your cart. Review each item — stale or unavailable items are removed automatically. Check the total including the service fee. Apply a promo code if you have one.

Place Booking Request
Click Place Booking Request. All cart items are sent to their respective owners for review. Your cart is cleared and each booking moves to Requested status.

Wait for Owner Approval
The owner reviews your request. You'll be notified by email when they approve or decline. Track real-time status from your Bookings page.

Pay the Invoice
When approved, a Xendit payment link is emailed to you. Open the link, choose a payment method, and complete the transaction. Confirmation arrives within minutes.

Access Your Space
After payment, your booking moves to Paid. The exact parking address and any access instructions are now visible on your Bookings page.

Promo code: If you have a promo code, apply it at checkout to waive the service fee before placing your request.
Service Fee

A small service fee is added to the total at checkout. This fee covers platform operations, payment processing, and owner notifications. It is shown clearly before you place the request — there are no hidden charges.

Fee waiver: Apply a valid promo code on the checkout page to remove the service fee for that transaction. The promo applies to the current cart only.
Extending or Cancelling a Booking

Extending: Need more time? Submit an extension request from your Bookings page before your current booking ends. The owner must approve the extension and a separate invoice is generated for the additional period.

Cancelling before payment: You can cancel any booking that has not yet been paid directly from your Bookings page. No charge is made.

Cancelling after payment: Paid bookings cannot be self-cancelled. Contact Parada support to discuss refund eligibility and to process the cancellation on your behalf.
Frequently Asked Questions
There is no fixed deadline, but owners are notified immediately by email when you submit a request. If a request is not acted upon before the parking's listing window expires, it will be automatically marked as expired.
The booking is moved to Declined status and no payment is taken. You're free to browse and book a different parking space. The declined item will appear in your Bookings history.
The full address and access instructions are unlocked on your Bookings page only after your payment is confirmed. Before that, only the garage name and general area are shown.
Each booking generates a separate Xendit invoice once approved. Payments are handled individually per booking, even if you submitted them in the same checkout session.
Payment confirmations from Xendit are typically processed within a few minutes. If your status has not updated after 15 minutes, contact Parada support with your booking ID and payment receipt.
No. Extension requests are only available for bookings that have already been paid. Wait until the booking is in Paid or Active status before submitting an extension.
