Digital Payment on Parada

Parada uses Xendit — a trusted Philippine payment gateway — to handle all transactions securely. Here's everything you need to know about the payment flow, accepted methods, service fees, and refunds.

Payment Flow — Step by Step
1
Add to Cart & Checkout
Browse listings, set your dates and vehicle, and add the slot to your cart. At checkout, review your items and the service fee before placing the request.
2
Submit Booking Request
Click Place Booking Request. The request is sent to the parking owner. No charge is made at this stage.
3
Owner Approves
When the owner approves, Parada generates a Xendit invoice and emails it to you with the payment link. If the owner declines, the booking is cancelled with no charge.
4
Pay the Invoice
Open the Xendit link and choose your payment method. Complete payment — you'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
5
Booking Confirmed
Your booking status changes to Paid. The exact address and access instructions for the parking space are unlocked on your Bookings page.
Accepted Payment Methods

Payment is processed through Xendit and supports the following methods in the Philippines:

GCash
Mobile wallet
Maya
Mobile wallet
Credit / Debit Card
Visa, Mastercard
Online Banking
BPI, UnionBank, others
Available payment methods are shown at checkout inside the Xendit payment page. Options may vary depending on your bank or wallet provider.
Service Fee

A service fee is added at checkout to cover platform maintenance and payment processing costs. The exact amount is calculated based on your booking total and is clearly shown before you place the request — there are no hidden charges.

Promo code: If you have a valid promo code, enter it at checkout before submitting. A valid code waives the service fee for that transaction.

The service fee is non-refundable once a booking is paid, as it covers third-party processing costs incurred at the time of payment.

Refunds & Cancellations

Before payment — If the owner declines your booking, no charge is made. The Xendit invoice is never issued, so nothing is collected from your account.

After payment — If you need to cancel after payment has been collected, contact Parada support at [email protected] to discuss refund eligibility. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Note: The service fee portion is non-refundable as it covers processing costs. Only the parking fee portion may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Placing a booking request does not trigger any charge. You are only billed after the owner approves and you complete payment through the Xendit invoice link sent to your email.
There may be a slight delay between Xendit processing the payment and Parada receiving the confirmation webhook. Wait a few minutes and refresh your Bookings page. If it hasn't updated after 10 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number.
No. Each booking invoice must be paid in full. Partial payments are not supported. If your card provider offers an installment feature at the bank level, you may use that independently, but Parada only processes full payment amounts.
Xendit invoice links have an expiry period. If yours expired, contact Parada support and we'll work with the owner to reissue a new invoice.
