How Do I Register My Parking Space for Rent?

Registering your parking space on our Parada is simple and completely free. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. 1. Click "Offer My Parking" – You’ll find this button at the top of our homepage. Clicking it will take you to the My Parking Space section.
  2. 2. Add Your Parking Details – Click the "Add Parking Space" button and enter key details, including:
    • • Parking Location – The address of your parking space.
    • • Flat Rate (First 3 Hours Free) – The rate after the first three hours.
    • • Hourly Rate – The fee per hour beyond the free period.
    • • Parking Instructions – A step-by-step guide for drivers (tooltips will provide example formats).
  3. 3. Submit & Verify – Click "Finish" to complete the listing. Your parking space will then undergo verification by the Property Management Office (PMO), which may take 3-5 days.
  4. 4. Approval & Listing – Once verified, the "List Now" button will appear, allowing you to officially make your parking space available for rent.

Editing or Updating Your Parking Space

  • 1. To modify details (e.g., rates, instructions), click "Edit" next to your parking space.
  • 2. To change the parking location, you’ll need to delete the existing space and add a new one, triggering a fresh verification process.

This ensures that all listed parking spaces are correctly registered and verified under your ownership.
