Step-by-Step Booking Guide
1
Open the parking detail page
From the parkings list, click any listing card to open its detail page. Review the garage info, availability window, and ratings before configuring a booking.
2
Choose a rate type
Select Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly under Booking Schedule. Only the rate types the owner has enabled are shown. Some listings offer both a primary term and an hourly option.
3
Pick your start & end date/time
Use the date/time grids to set when you need the space. Your selection must fall within the listing's availability window. The Estimated Cost updates automatically as you adjust the schedule.
4
Select your vehicle
Choose a registered vehicle from the Your Vehicle dropdown. If you haven't added one yet, click Add Vehicle to register a plate number, model, color, and type directly from this page.
5
Add to Cart
Click Add to Cart. The item is saved to your cart — no request has been sent yet and no charge is made. You can continue browsing and add more spaces before checking out.
6
Review your cart
Open your cart to review all pending items. Stale items — where the parking has been taken or the window has passed — are removed automatically. Check the subtotal and service fee.
7
Apply a promo code (optional)
If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout to waive the service fee for this transaction. The discount applies to the current cart only.
8
Place Booking Request
Click Place Booking Request. All cart items are submitted to their respective owners. Your cart is cleared and each booking moves to Requested status.
9
Wait for owner approval
The owner reviews and approves or declines your request. You're notified by email and can track status in real time on the Bookings page.
10
Pay the invoice & access your space
When approved, a Xendit payment link is emailed to you. Complete payment and your booking moves to Paid — the exact address and access instructions are unlocked on your Bookings page.
Choosing the Right Rate Type
Hourly
A flat rate covers the first block of hours; additional hours are billed at an overage rate. Best for short visits or flexible schedules.
Daily
Fixed price per calendar day. Good for a few consecutive days when you don't need hourly precision.
Weekly
Fixed price per 7-day period. More economical than booking day by day for a full week.
Monthly
Fixed price per month. Best value for a regular long-term spot near home or work.
Estimate before committing: Use the Estimated Cost on the detail page to compare rate types for your exact dates — the number updates live as you adjust the schedule.
After You Submit — Owner Approval

Every booking request goes to the owner for review. There are two possible outcomes:

Approved
A Xendit payment invoice is generated and emailed to you. The booking moves to Approved status. Complete payment to lock in your space and reveal the address.
Declined
The booking is cancelled and no charge is made. You'll be notified by email and can search for an alternative space.
Real-time tracking: You don't have to wait for an email. Check your Bookings page at any time to see the current status of each request.
Cancellations & Extensions

Cancel before payment: You can cancel any booking in Requested or Approved status directly from your Bookings page — no charge is made.

Extend a booking: Need more time? Submit an extension request from your Bookings page before your current booking ends. The owner reviews and approves separately; a new invoice covers the added period only.

Paid bookings: Once payment is confirmed, you cannot self-cancel. Contact Parada support to discuss refund eligibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. You must have at least one vehicle in your garage before adding a booking to cart. You can add a vehicle directly from the parking detail page without leaving the flow.
Yes. Add as many spaces as you need to your cart, then place the request in a single checkout. Each item is sent to its respective owner independently — approvals and payments are handled per booking.
The date/time grid only shows slots within the listing's availability window. If your needed dates fall outside that window, the listing cannot accommodate your booking. Try searching for another space with a wider availability range.
The estimate on the detail page is based on your selected dates and rate type. At checkout, a service fee is added on top. If the owner adjusts rates or the booking start time shifts (e.g., snapped to the next available slot), the final invoice may differ slightly from the cart estimate.
The Xendit invoice has a set expiry. If payment is not completed before the invoice expires, the booking will not be confirmed. Check your email promptly after receiving an approval notification and pay as soon as possible.
No. Owners only see the details specific to your booking — the plate number and vehicle type you selected, plus your contact information. Your booking history and other registered vehicles are not visible to owners.
