- Simply begin by choosing your preferred parking garage, along
with the date and time you need, on the Home's search landing page.
Click "Search Parking," and a list of available parking spaces matching your criteria will appear.
If you don't find a suitable parking space, you can request on-demand parking. This request will generate a booking request for the parking owner to accept or decline within a specified period.
All updates regarding booking requests will be communicated via email.

Booking a Parking Space
- To reserve a parking space, follow these steps after selecting the desired parking:
Note: You must first sign up with your email address, phone number, and residency details. Your account will be verified by your designated residency's Property Management Office (PMO) within 2-4 days after registration.
1. Log in with your personal email address.
2. On the parking page, select the dates and times, then click 'Search Parking'.
3. Select the required fields like Start Date, End Date, and time, and add the car to park before clicking the "Book Now" button.
4. Ensure all booking and car details are correct in the cart before clicking the "Checkout" button.
5. Complete the booking request by clicking the "Request Booking" button.
6. Wait for approval from the parking owner. Owners have 6 hours to approve; otherwise, the request will be canceled.
7. Upon approval, receive an email with a payment link and parking instructions.
8. Make the payment within 2 hours to receive a booking confirmation email with instructions sent via email and SMS. Failure to settle the payment within the 2-hour period will void the approved request, and the parking will become available for booking again.
9. Stay informed about your parking duration with reminders for the start and end times.

Accessing Paid Parking Space
- Access to parking can differ based on the parking policies in place for residents.
You can locate this information in the 'Parking Instructions' section of the parking
space where you made the paid booking.
Upon confirmation of your paid booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the instruction.
Should you have any inquiries or need further details regarding the parking, we recommend contacting our Support chat. Our team is available to provide you with the specific details and assistance you require. For security reasons, we do not facilitate direct conversations with the parking space owner.

Exceeding your time limit

A grace period of up to 15 minutes beyond your booked time is allowed for unforeseen delays. However,
if your delay extends beyond this grace period, you will need to make an additional booking to cover
the extra time needed.
You can definitely extend your parking duration by making a new booking for the same spot, if it still available.
If your current parking spot is no longer available after your booked end time, it is important to vacate the parking space by or before the designated end time. We recommend reserving another parking location for any remaining time you may need.
In situations where there is a violation of the parking agreement, such as overstaying the booking period, penalties may be applied. It is essential to adhere to the terms of the agreement with the parking owner to avoid any inconvenience or penalties.

Payment method and procedure
- After your selected parking owner has approved your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email
containing a secured payment link. This link will allow you to proceed with the payment for your parking booking.
Note:
1. This step ensures a secure transaction process for your booking. Kindly make the payment through the provided link to finalize your booking.
2. Parking owners have up to 6 hours before the start of the parking availability to accept your booking request; otherwise, it will be automatically canceled.
3. It's important to ensure your Para.ph account is fully verified by the PMO to be able to reserve a parking space.
It's worth noting that all payments are made online through the Parada platform via Xendit, eliminating the need for any cash transactions with the parking owner at the physical parking location."

Refused or Missed Booking Request

The owner has up to 6 hours to accept or decline your booking after you make it.
