Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

We are Parada® (the “Platform”), operated by ZAPANTA SOFTWARE PUBLISHING, a registered business in the Philippines (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile applications and related services.

By accessing or using Parada, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms describe our services and set out both your responsibilities and ours when you access or use our website applications (“Site”) or make any booking through the Site. Please read these Terms carefully. You should pay particular attention to the section titled “Limitation of Liability”, which limits our legal liability in connection with your use of the Platform.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you confirm that you accept the then-current Terms.

2. Definitions

1. “Platform” refers to Parada’s website and mobile application.
2. “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
3. “Parking Owner” or “Provider” refers to users listing parking spaces for rent.
4. “Driver” or “Customer” refers to users booking parking spaces.
5. “PMO / BMO” refers to the Property / Building Management Office responsible for verifying residents and enforcing property-specific rules.
6. “Services” include account creation, space listing, booking, payments, and related features.

3. Other Terms May Apply

Additional policies or agreements may apply depending on how you use the Platform, including:

If you book a parking space through the Site, our Driver Agreement will apply.

If you are a parking space owner and list your parking space with us, our Parking Space Owner Agreement will apply.

4. User Obligations

1. Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction.
2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4. Users must comply with all applicable parking rules, property rules, and local laws.

5. Registration

Membership is open to any individual who registers with the Platform. Registration is currently free. To create an account, you must provide basic personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect the information you provide.

1. All information you provide must be true, accurate, and kept up to date.
2. We may use your information to contact you regarding your account or to administer your membership.
3. You may not hold more than one registration. We reserve the right to delete or cancel duplicate accounts.
4. You must not allow others to use your registration or impersonate another person.
5. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect once confirmed.
6. We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without notice if you breach these Terms.

6. Bookings and Payments

1. All bookings are subject to Provider availability and confirmation.
2. Users agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges using supported payment methods.
3. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
4. Providers are responsible for ensuring listing details and availability are accurate and current.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations must follow Parada’s cancellation policy, which may vary by Provider.
2. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy using the original payment method.
3. Service fees may be non-refundable in some cases.

8. Prohibited Use

1. Do not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
2. Do not post harmful, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
3. Do not interfere with Platform operations or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse Platform data, content, or systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Parada acts as a facilitator between Parking Owners and Drivers. We do not own, manage, or control listed parking spaces. To the extent permitted by law, Parada is not liable for disputes, losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising from transactions or interactions between Users.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any booking is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
