Searching for Parking

Find the right parking space for your needs. Learn how to browse listings, filter by date and location, understand what each listing shows, and spot the best deal before you book.

How to Find a Parking Space
1
Go to Book Listing
From the homepage, click Home → Book Listing. This opens the parkings page showing all currently available spaces.
2
Browse or filter
Scroll through the listing cards or use the search bar to filter by garage name or location. You can also narrow results by setting a date range — only spaces available within those dates will appear.
3
Open a listing
Click any card to open the full detail page. You'll see rates, the availability window, ratings from previous drivers, and the general location area.
4
Configure your booking
Select your preferred rate type, start and end dates/times, and your vehicle. The estimated cost updates in real time as you adjust the schedule.
5
Add to cart
Happy with the selection? Click Add to Cart. You can add multiple spaces and checkout together.
What Each Listing Shows
Garage & Location
The name of the parking garage or building and the general area (e.g., Barangay, City). The full address is hidden until after payment.
Availability Window
The start and end dates during which the space can be booked. Your booking must fall within this window.
Rate Type & Price
The primary listing term (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) and the corresponding rate. Some listings also offer hourly as a secondary option.
Residency
Whether the space is in a condo, subdivision, or commercial area. Useful for knowing what access or entry procedures may apply.
Rating & Reviews
Average star rating and written reviews from drivers who completed a booking at this space. Only verified completed bookings can leave a review.
Location privacy: The exact parking address is only revealed on your Bookings page after your payment is confirmed — protecting owner privacy until a booking is secured.
Understanding Rate Types
Hourly
Charged per hour. A flat rate applies for the first block; additional hours are billed at an overage rate. Good for short visits.
Daily
Fixed price per calendar day. Best for a few consecutive days without needing an hourly breakdown.
Weekly
Fixed price per 7-day period. More economical than booking individual days for a full week.
Monthly
Fixed price per month. Best value for long-term parking — ideal if you need a regular spot near home or work.
Dual rate listings: Some owners enable hourly bookings on top of their primary term. If a listing shows both a primary rate and an hourly option, you can choose which term fits your schedule best.
Tips for Finding the Best Space
Filter by date first. Setting a date range before browsing shows only spaces that overlap with your schedule — saving you from clicking into unavailable listings.
Check residency type. Condo and subdivision spaces may require a visitor registration process at the gate. Factor this into your plans if you have a strict arrival time.
Read the reviews. Ratings reflect real completed bookings. A consistently high score means the space is reliable and the owner is responsive.
Compare rate types. For stays longer than a few hours, daily or weekly rates are usually more cost-effective than hourly. Use the price estimator on the detail page to compare.
Add multiple spaces to cart. Not sure which one is better? Add both to your cart and remove one before checkout — there's no commitment until you place the request.
Frequently Asked Questions
Listings only appear when their availability window overlaps with your selected dates. If a listing's end date falls before your start date — or it has already been booked — it will be filtered out. Try expanding your date range or clearing the filter to see all active listings.
No. The full address is only unlocked on your Bookings page after you complete payment. Until then, only the garage name and general location area are shown. This protects owner privacy until a booking is confirmed.
A "Booked" listing has an active booking in progress. It may still be visible in search results but cannot accept new bookings for overlapping dates. Once the booking period ends, the space may become available again.
There's no dedicated save or wishlist feature. The fastest way to bookmark a space is to add it to your cart — items stay in your cart until you remove them or check out, so you can return and review them later.
On-demand parking is an instant-request system where you describe what you need and nearby owners can accept your request in real time — no fixed listing or pre-scheduled dates required. Use Home → Request On-demand for that flow. See the On-demand Parking article for details.
