Email Verification Email
Sent immediately after sign-up with email/password. Contains a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. Your account is not active until this is clicked.
Booking Request Sent Email
Confirms your booking request was submitted successfully and is awaiting owner review.
Booking Approved Email
Sent when the owner approves. Includes a Xendit payment link. Complete payment to confirm the booking.
Booking Declined Email
Sent when the owner declines your request. The owner's remarks are included. No charge is made.
Payment Confirmed Email
Sent after successful payment. Contains the confirmed booking details, full address, and access instructions for the parking space.
On-demand Request Accepted Email SMS
Sent when a parking owner accepts your on-demand request. Includes slot details and agreed price.
Rate Your Experience Email
Sent after your booking ends. Contains a direct link to leave a star rating and comment. Valid for 7 days from booking end date.
Owner Notifications
New Booking Request Email
Sent when a driver submits a booking request for your listing. Includes an approve/decline link valid for a limited time.
On-demand Request Received Email SMS
Sent immediately when a driver sends an on-demand parking request to your space.
Booking Paid Email
Confirms that the driver has completed payment. The booking is now active and the driver has access to the space details.
Parking Space Approved Email
Sent when Parada approves your parking space registration. You can now create listings.
Parking Space Rejected + Resubmit Link Email
Sent when your space fails verification. Includes reviewer remarks and a secure resubmit link valid for 7 days.
Not Receiving Notifications?
Check your spam folder. Emails from [email protected] may be filtered. Add this address to your contacts to ensure delivery.
Other things to check:
Confirm your registered email is correct in Account → My Profile.
For SMS, ensure your phone number is saved in a valid Philippine mobile format (e.g., 09XXXXXXXXX).
Check that your mobile number has active reception and is not in DND mode.

Frequently Asked Questions
The approve/decline link in the owner's email does not expire immediately, but Parada's system may automatically expire the booking if too much time passes without action. Check your Bookings page for the current status. If it's still showing Booked after 24 hours, contact support.
Transactional notifications (booking confirmations, payment receipts, approval/decline emails) are essential to the service and cannot be unsubscribed from. These are required for the platform to function correctly.
No. The rating window is strictly 7 days from the booking end date. After that, the Rate button is no longer available. This ensures reviews remain timely and relevant.
