How to List a Parking Space

Create a time-bound listing from your approved parking space, set your rate type and price, and make your space available to drivers on Parada.

Before You Can List

A listing is a time-bound offer to rent your parking space. You can only create listings from spaces that have been reviewed and approved by Parada.

Space must be Active. If your space is still New, Pending, or Rejected, you cannot create a listing yet. Complete registration first — see Registering Your Parking Space.
How to Create a Listing
1
Go to My Listings
From your Owner dashboard, click My Listings then List a Parking Space.
2
Select a parking space
Choose one of your Active spaces from the dropdown. Only approved spaces appear here.
3
Choose a listing term
Select the primary rate type: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. This is the main term drivers will see when they find your listing.
4
Set your rate
Enter the price for the chosen term. For hourly listings, set both the flat rate (first block) and the per-hour overage rate.
5
Enable hourly as a secondary option (optional)
If your primary term is Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, you can toggle Accept Hourly to also accept shorter hourly bookings from drivers who don't need the full term.
6
Set the availability window
Pick a Start Date and End Date for the listing. Drivers can only book within this window. You can run one listing per space at a time.
7
Submit the listing
Click List Now. Your listing goes live immediately as Listed and becomes visible to drivers searching in your area.
Choosing a Listing Term
Hourly
Flexible short-stay option. Set a flat rate for the first block, then a per-hour overage rate. Good for high-traffic areas near offices or malls.
Daily
Fixed price per calendar day. Attracts drivers who need reliable parking for a few consecutive days.
Weekly
Fixed price per 7-day period. Good for drivers who work nearby for a week at a time.
Monthly
Fixed price per month. Attracts long-term renters — often the most consistent source of booking income.
Dual-rate tip: Enable Accept Hourly on Daily/Weekly/Monthly listings to capture both long-term renters and short-stay drivers without creating separate listings.
Listing Status Lifecycle
Listed Booked Active Completed
Listed: Your listing is live and visible to drivers. No booking has been made yet.
Booked (Updated): A driver has submitted a booking request. Awaiting your approval or decline.
Paid: Driver has paid the invoice. Booking is confirmed — access details are now visible to the driver.
Active: The booking window is currently in progress.
Completed: The booking period has ended successfully.
Cancelled / Expired: Listing was cancelled by you or expired without a confirmed booking.
Approving & Declining Booking Requests

When a driver submits a request for your listing, you'll be notified by email with Approve and Decline action links. You can also act from your dashboard.

Approving
A Xendit payment invoice is generated and emailed to the driver. The booking start time is automatically adjusted to the next 30-minute slot if the original time has already passed.
Declining
The booking is cancelled and the driver is notified. You can include a remark to explain the reason. No payment is taken from the driver.
Overlapping listings: When a booking is paid and confirmed, any other listings for the same space with overlapping dates are automatically cancelled to prevent double-booking.
Editing, Cancelling & Re-listing

Editing a listing: You can update rate amounts, dates, and the Accept Hourly setting on a listing that hasn't been booked yet. Once a booking request is submitted, edits are restricted.

Cancelling a listing: Cancel from your dashboard at any time before a booking is confirmed. Active (in-progress) listings with a paid booking cannot be cancelled.

Re-listing: Once a listing expires or is cancelled, use the Relist option on your dashboard to create a new listing from the same space with updated dates — without having to fill in all details from scratch.

One active listing per space. You can only have one active listing per parking space at a time. To create a new one, the previous listing must be completed, cancelled, or expired.
