1. Go to the Parking Search Page: Log in to your Parada account and navigate to “Search ➜ Parking Spaces” or click the Find Parking button on the Home page.
   Only verified residents within a property may book parking spaces listed in that property.
2. Enter Your Booking Schedule: Choose the exact Start Date & Time and End Date & Time when you need the parking space.
   Parada will automatically filter and show only the spaces available during your selected schedule.
3. Choose an Available Parking Space: Review the available parking options shown based on your schedule:
   • Parking Type (Motorcycle, Sedan/SUV, Truck)
   • Parking Style (Parallel, Tandem, Perpendicular, etc.)
   • Rates (Hourly and Flat Rate)
   Note: For security and privacy, parking details such as exact location, photos, and access instructions will not be visible until after the booking payment is completed.
4. Review the Parking Space Details: Click on a listing to view limited pre-booking information including:
   • Rates and Fee calculation
   • Time availability
   • Basic parking booking details
   • Your Car Details
   When ready, click Add To Cart to proceed.
5. Place Your Booking: Review your booking details:
   • Start & End Time
   • Total amount based on duration
   • Rate breakdown (hourly / flat)
   You may add more available parking spaces if you wish to book more than one. When you're ready, click Place Booking.
6. Confirm Your Booking: Review your total dues and service fee before clicking Book Now.
   After you submit the booking request, the parking space remains available to others. Please wait for the owner to accept or approve your request before proceeding with payment.
7. Access Full Parking Details: After successful payment, the following information will be revealed:
   • Exact parking location
   • Photo of the parking slot
   • Access instructions provided by the owner
   These details will be available under Bookings ➜ My Bookings.
8. Use Your Parking Booking: Arrive during the booked time and follow the access instructions.
   If you need to review instructions again, open the booking details from your Parada dashboard.

You can view and manage all your current and past bookings under the Bookings tab of your Parada dashboard.
